3 Front Squats/ 7 Back Squats @ 75% of Front Squat

Conditioning Section:

B. EMOM for 20 Minutes
ODD- 10 Wall Balls 20/14 (Adv= 15 WB)
EVEN- 8 x 10 meter Shuttle (Adv= 10 shuttles)
