*Rest 30 seconds b/t rounds

B. Strength
·         Back Squat 8x3 @ 80%

·    DeadLift 5x3 @ 85% of BS

     C. 3 sets of:
     15 V-Ups
     1 Minute Plank
     +
     Handstand Work
