B. EMOM for 12 Minutes:
Odd: 15 KB Swings (adv. 20 KB Swings)
EVEN: 10 Headcutters (same weight as swings)

C. EMOM for 10 Minutes 3 Power Cleans (choose challenging weight that allows proper technique)
*Fundamental Group: Clean Technique
