*Challenge-- Who can do the most double unders unbroken?
Conditioning Section:
B. 20 Minute AMRAP
400 Meter Run
*Rest 1:1 (example: I run 400 meters in 1:10, then rest 1:10 before running next 400)
Score= Total 400's completed
