Strength Section:

A. Front Squat/Back Squat
  • 4 X 6/12 @ 65% of Front Squat
    • Perform 6 Front Squats and then Immediately 12 Back Squats for 4 sets.
Conditioning Section:

B.  Complete For Time
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15-12-9-12-15
    • Box Jumps
    • Pull-Ups
  • 400 Meter Run
